Meet our Grower of the Month, Calendar Islands Cannabis Co.

“Calendar Islands Cannabis Co. is a team of 14 people who we believe are the most passionate in the industry – our team sets us aside from the rest. We’re made up of multigenerational industry green thumbs, to greenhorns that are just getting their start in the business. Together we’re bound by integrity and the common mission to only deliver the best cannabis products to our retail partners. If we don’t love it, we don’t sell it – full stop.”

People understand our differences and product quality when they walk through the door – while there is certainly some secret sauce to our cultivation practices, our operational practices and values are very clear. We built our facility with an intense focus on providing our team members a place of work they are proud of. The cleanliness of our facility is somewhere between a Michelin star restaurant and an operating room and we’re not shy about showing it off. Our visitor log is full of visiting budtenders and owners of our retail partners, to parents and grandparents of our team members.

Our favorite strain is always a tough one.

Ask Mel, one of our trimmers and without hesitation she will tell you “Triangle Kush! The floral smells and flavors make it an absolute delight”.

Our cultivation manager Ben agrees. “Triangle Kush has a strong smoke that is consistently smooth. It carries a floral flavor with a hint of skunk – its taste is identical to the smell of the jar. Its relaxed but conscience high can spark good conversation and creativity” … Ben may also have a future in copy writing.

If you ask Jordan (or look at his trade sample logs) it would be Scoops. “Its savory smells and taste make it a great all-day smoker.”
