DO I NEED A MEDICAL CARD TO SHOP AT SEAWEED CO.?

No, we are Adult-Use/ Recreational. All you’ll need is a valid, government-issued photo ID showing that you’re 21+ in order to shop with us. If you are a med card holder, we do offer Medical Wholesale products and sell Direct to Patient in Auburn. Learn more and order here!

seaweed co. acceptable forms of id–

*ALL IDs must have: a clear photo, birth date and expiration date. NO photocopies of IDs will be accepted, even if they are scannable.

  • US Driver’s License

  • Expired US driver’s license with renewal sticker

  • DMV-issued temporary paper license (a form of photo ID is still required for verification)

  • Foreign or US Passport

  • Any government-issued photo ID that is scannable by the ID scanner

We are accepting debit card payments at this time. ATMs are available on-site at both locations for your convenience. Please note, the prices on our menu are cash prices, upcharges may apply.

CAN MY CHILD OR UNDER 21 RELATIVE COME INTO THE STORE WITH ME EVEN IF THEY AREN’T GOING TO BUY ANYTHING?

No. No person under the age of 21 is permitted to enter our stores under any circumstance per state law

IS SEAWEED CO. PET FRIENDLY?

Yes! We welcome all leashed, well-behaved furry friends to join their humans while shopping. (Ask a Mermaid about dog treats at check out :))

WHAT IS YOUR STORE RETURN POLICY?

Any item purchased that is defective or does not work is returnable for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Unopened products (with tamper evident seal still intact) can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

Any opened or partially used products cannot be exchanged/returned unless there is a genuine defect (at the manager-on-duty’s discretion.)

How does your loyalty program work?

First, if you’ve shopped with us, then you’re already a part of our Loyalty Program! Yay!

Points are earned based on pre-tax dollars spent, e.g. $1 = 1 point. Partial points are also earned, e.g. $1.25 (pre-tax) = 1.25 points. If you save up to 500 points, your benefits increase!

  • 100 points = $5

  • 200 points = $10

  • 300 points = $15

  • 400 points = $20

  • 500 points = $40

You must have at least 100 points in order to redeem, and you can use up to 500 points at a time. Points never expire and can be used at both locations on any in-store purchases. Points are not redeemable for cash back. Points can only be used by the person listed on the account unless said person is present and gives explicit permission for their points to be used for someone else. You can always view your Loyalty points balance on the SeaWeed Co. App or on the bottom of your receipt.

Does SeaWeed Co. reuse or recycle packaging?

While we cannot reuse packaging for future cannabis products, we do offer a take-back recycling program! All jars and pre-roll tubes returned to us are then transported to our manufacturing facility to be recycled with EcoMaine.

Receive up to $5 off your order! Return any flower jar purchased here at SeaWeed Co. or 5 pre-roll tubes (labeled #2 or #5 plastic) also purchased here at SeaWeed Co. for $1 off your order. Receive an additional $1 off when you reuse one of our resealable, child resistant exit bags. Each customer is able to receive up to $5 off per transaction for bringing back the listed packaging.

  • 1 glass flower jar = $1

  • 5 pre-roll tubes (#2 & #5 plastic) = $1

  • Reusing a SeaWeed Co. resealable bag = $1

*Returned packaging must be reasonably clean or it will not be accepted. If you plan to return multiple pre-roll tubes, please pre-bundle or count them out for our employees prior to arrival.
