About the Class:
This 60-minute class delivers a full body workout through a combination of cardio, core, and large movements. Using dynamic movements--and set to a driving beat--you will target each of the major muscle groups building both strength and endurance.This class serves as an incredible way to cross-train, the perfect compliment to spinning.
Instructor Bio: Jennifer Nale
A Maine native, Jennifer moved to Portland after graduating from Colby College, where she played basketball for four years. Without the team workouts throughout the year to hold her accountable, Jennifer found herself looking for a way to stay active while being part of something larger than herself. When she found the Rêve Community, something sparked immediately. Having never spun before, she fell in love with the excitement, passion, workout, and killer playlists. As an instructor, Jennifer encourages folks to push themselves as a reminder that we are all so much stronger than we give ourselves credit for, and, above all, to have fun!

Located in Portland, Maine, Rêve is a locally owned and woman run cycling studio dedicated to the well-being of each person who walks through the door. Indoor cycling, or spinning, is an exhilarating, cardiovascular workout for body and mind. Rêve offers classes for everyone, from experts to true blue beginners. No matter what your experience level, we want you to love cycling and yoga as much as we do. (And we really love cycling and yoga.) We’ll work with you, in a class meant for you, whatever your expertise. All classes are held in a beautiful, light-filled studio on state-of-the-art equipment – a space designed to motivate you. Every instructor is highly trained and great at what they do. Rêve is a place to cycle with others, to make new friends, to challenge yourself, to be inspired. Rêve differentiates itself from other cycling studios by offering 50 minute to hour-long Tone & Trim, Yoga Sculpt, Yin Yoga, Strength & Sweat, and Rêve HIIT UP classes. These classes are not connected to our cycling classes, but rather allow people to come in and reconnect with their body in a full-body workout in our yoga room.
