The Benefits of CBN

What is CBN?

CBN is a minor cannabinoid called cannabinol that is usually created as THC ages. It’s generally known as the “sleepy” cannabinoid. Similar to CBD, research has shown that that CBN does not bind to our receptors that well, so you likely won’t experience any psychoactive effects from it. Research also suggests that CBN on it’s own can help with sleep, however when combined with THC the sleep benefits are significantly better. CBN has also been known to have other benefits such as pain relief, appetite stimulant, anti-inflammatory and anti-convulsive.

As always, please note that everyone’s body reacts differently to CBN (just like THC and CBD).
